Reid Ranch

A few yards away from the gym, rests a modest two story home that houses a vast ranch where Kane keeps his pokemon. It is near the cliffs of the hills dug out for the mines so his pokemon have places to roam. It also serves as a place for him to train them in his free time. Kane spends most of his time in these cliffs which overlook his gym so he knows when he has a challenger. Since the mines are the first thing anyone sees upon entering Kica, his smaller pokemon usually hang around there and act as scouts and lead challengers to the gym or the base of the cliffs to alert Kane of their arrival.
