Appearence: April is your average height and weight, at least she considers herself to be. Her eyes are a smokey gray color, and her parents are unsure which side of the family she got them from, since most of the people in their families didn’t possess eyes like hers, but her mother doesn’t mind, and thinks it’s quite pretty. Her father thinks it’s unusual, but he’s always the first person to accuse her of cheating anyway. Rukia actually quite likes her eyes, and considers them the one thing that makes her unique. That’s what she’s hung onto, and she’s quite happy with it.
Her hair is a black color like her mother’s, and she maintains it pretty well, because it’s short. The reason for this? April is a bit of a tomboy, so she much prefers her hair short over long. Though she has a pretty face, she tries her best not to look like a little princess. Sometimes her Uncle jokes around, telling April’s parents maybe they were meant to have a boy, which her parents aren’t too happy about. But, April’s mother always supported her in whatever she wanted to do, and that included keeping her hair as short as she was allowed too.
She dresses more like a boy than a little lady as well. Instead of skirts and dresses, she wears baggy-khaki shorts and graphic T-shirts, one of her favorites which she is seen wearing a lot is a T-shirt with a picture of a Raichu holding a pen, bearing the pun “I’m not gonna Raichu a love song.” It had always been something she considered adorable, so a lot of her T-shirts have these kinds of Pokemon puns on them. She wears low-cut socks and sneakers to go along with this.
The only exceptions to this is when she enters contests, she changes her look completely. She places extensions in her hair so that her hair reaches her mid back, and though she normally refuses to wear any make-up half the time, she will wear a little blush to keep herself from looking like a ghost in the spotlight. She wears a summery orange dress that extends with a little poof as it comes down to the skirt part of the dress, and at the ends of the skirt and sleeves are even lighter orange decorative lace. With this, she wears some white high socks, and black Mary-Janes.

Personality:
April is very strong willed, and will normally try to persevere through anything that stands in her way. A Golduck against a Growlithe? No problem! Alright…well, maybe there’s a huge problem, but April will always try to turn it around, and even if she can’t, she takes pride in knowing she was doing her best, and had all the right intentions. This can get annoying, but sometimes, it is actually quite helpful in getting out of sticky situations.
April is also a very creative girl. She tries her best to think up only the best and prettiest combinations she can come up with contest wise. Though, she had been quite creative ever since she was a child. She would come up with little elaborate painting, well, as elaborate as a two year old with finger paints could possibly get, and she’d show them to her mother, who would seem really, really pleased with her daughter’s work, and she often hung it up on the fridge.
April is very, very friendly as long as she’s in a good mood. This gives her the courage to be very social. She will talk to anyone who speaks to her, which though it could cause trouble at times, was a good trait, that her Uncle told her to always try to maintain. April cares about her friends, and tries to make them happy when she can. Even if this involves just sitting there, listening to them tell her everything wrong with their lives.
Though April has quite a few faults (Besides her good traits leading to problems themselves). She isn’t good at sharing her own problems, and will often keep them bottled up. This will often make her very sensitive to the topic that she hates speaking about. She will either yell at you or cry, but you’d have to be very special to her to see her cry. This problem with her feelings leads to her having a hot-temper, especially during one of these bad moods.

History:
Her Parents didn’t meet like many others. Or maybe they did, this isn’t something April is sure of, but her mother said that she and her father met in the Hoenn region when she was only eighteen. She was helping Professor Birch with studying some Electrike in Mauville City. He was on a trip with his family. His Uncle lived just outside of Mauville, and when the two met, they just clicked. Kiki and Yuko went out several times before the man finally had to Return to his home in Kanto, but he kept in contact with her.
A couple of years later, the two moved in together, in another region, the Illeote Region. It didn’t take long after that, for the two to Marry. Soon, Kiki became pregnant with her first child. Upon hearing this, her brother James moved in with them to help out. He proved to be the savior as Tuzou was born into the growing family. He watched the baby while Kiki went back to work, but Kiki devoted all her free time to her child. A while after this, April and her Younger sister Momo were born.
However, there was something about April that her father didn’t like. During the months before she was even conceived, The family had become friends with the Lobo family, Yue and Taemin. A recently married couple, these two became the plugs for many double date nights between themselves and Kiki and Yuko. Though Yuko noticed that Kiki preferred to speak to Taemin on these dates. Maybe five months later, Kiki became pregnant with April, but she assured Yuko that it was his, after he accused her of cheating with none other but Taemin himself. He reluctantly was forced to believe her when James stepped in to defend her, but during the entire pregnancy, Tuzou had noticed his mother chatting nervously with Taemin over the phone. He never shared this with anyone but April herself, but April dismissed it quickly after he had told her.
Though when she was born, she threw everyone for a loop. She was born with Gray eyes, the same gray eyes that Taemin had, and black hair just like her mothers. For a week afterwards, Yuko refused to speak to his wife, or see the new baby girl, but the doctors soon told him the baby was infact his, the eyes were just unexplainable. He finally forgave her, and Yuko asked Kiki to forgive him for making such assumptions. Taemin and his wife Yue remained close family friends as April grew up, but even after Momo was born, it didn’t seem her father would ever accept her.
When she asked for help with homework, or for him to play with her, he’d just glare at her and respond with a harsh no. No matter what he did, he couldn’t help but be suspicious of her eye color. April felt that Taemin and her uncle James treated her like more of a daughter than Yuko. She once told her mother she wished she was different, so daddy would like her, and her mother told her she never wanted her to change. When she turned 16, her brother told her why her father didn’t like her. Rather than be angry or upset, she became curious.
Who was her real father,Yuko or Taemin? Though she hoped to one day figure that out, when she turned eighteen, she set off to become a Coordinator, since her brother had taken the path of a trainer. Her life Mystery was something she’d just have to figure out in good time.
