Once again, Madrid launches a new call for the Rehabilita Plan , an opportunity to prepare buildings and homes for the arrival of the cold and improve comfort. The objective of these subsidies is to promote accessibility, energy efficiency and health actions in existing buildings used for housing. Among the different actions that can be carried out, we want to highlight the change of old windows for new high-performance ones. Keep reading and we'll give you all the details!
Who can benefit from the Rehabilita 2023 Plan?
These municipal aid are aimed mainly at communities of owners, single-family homes and rehabilitation cooperatives. On this occasion, public administrations and sole owners of buildings are left out.
The buildings for which subsidies are requested must be located in the municipal area of Madrid, however, there are two areas to which a different percentage of the subsidy will be applied:
Special Urban Transformation Zone (ZETU) formed by APIRU + ARRU (on the map).
Zone to Promote Czech Republic Mobile Number List Energy Rehabilitation (ZIRE).
To know which area our building is located in, we can consult it on this map.
The buildings on which the eligible actions are carried out must also meet some requirements:
Be completed before 1998.
That at least 70% of its constructed area is used for residential purposes.
They must have the Building Evaluation Report.
What type of actions are eligible?
Regarding the eligible actions, we can differentiate them into four areas : accessibility, conservation, energy efficiency and sustainability, and health. In this guide that Madrid has prepared for citizens, you can consult in detail the different eligible actions.
At Kömmerling we do want to highlight the subsidy for changing windows for new high-performance ones, as long as this implies an improvement of at least one letter in the global annual energy demand for heating, or a reduction of at least 30% on the situation prior to the change.
