Appearence: This man is tall, thin and rather wiry. Tall, dark and handsome is likely the best way to describe him to anyone though. With his black, messily cut but always styled to perfection framing his face and dark almost blood red eyes and a mischievous smirk always on his face it's usually hard to resist him. It's pretty common to see him in a suit that was tailored just for him, but that doesn't mean he wears it properly, oh no, it's more common for him to leave off the jacket and vest, leaving the shirt unbuttoned. Definitely quite a sight.

Personality: Stefan is a relatively quiet and dignified trainer, leading one to believe that he was likely nobility when he was younger. He's a big teddy bear for the ones he loves but should one try his patience they quickly learn he's not someone to be messed with. Mercy is not a word he let's into his vocabulary. He never lets anyone control him, save one and he would do anything for her. He also tends to be quite protective of anyone he is fond of.
Otherwise he's a very peaceful and indeed lordly creature that would rather live in peace and quiet while he explored the world compared to fighting with everyone and their brother. He does long to meet with his siblings again but he knows now is not the time so he patiently bides his time. He is rather family orientated, wanting his own and protecting it fiercely but he's too patient really.
He also is quite fond of playing games with people, especially women. He's not mean spirited for it either, he just is highly amused having people fawn over him especially since he is quite vain about his appearance and in reality that's the one way to really piss him off the quickest. He usually is quick to apologize though, especially if he knows he started it or was in the wrong. Otherwise he can come off as cold and uncaring.

History: Stefan was born to a rather prestigious family if unknown to most of the populace of the world. See his family had been one of the most powerful clans that was slowly dwindling and at his birth there was hope he'd lead the clan back to greatness. As soon as he was able to he was given his Magikarp, the symbol of his clan for what else could seem so harmless and then become something of pure destruction? Despite his misgivings of the pokemon, he trained it and it didn't take long until he had a Gyarados companion. His family was impressed with the time it took and looked forward to this sign that he would save them. During this time he had two little siblings born though he never got to spend much time with them since he was forced to train all the time. Eventually he started to harbor ill will towards his family and while he trained harder and harder he grew more and more fed up until one night, to test his strength he turned on his family. They were weaker than he expected and they all perished, save his siblings, in a fire created by his Gyarados. After that he left, feeling that he needed to find a proper challenge. He's toured most of the regions, earning his badges until recently he stopped in Nerukia. After rather interesting turn of events he's stayed, settling down a little bit though he refuses to say why he's settled down here, though when pestered he claims it's due to the closeness of the sea so he can swim in the ocean with many of his companions.
